Straight Power Phase 2
Welcome to Straight Power Phase 2! This next 4 weeks includes a greater focus on higher volume training, supersets and other methods of advanced exercise intensity in order to facilitate muscle hypertrophy/enhance conditioning while still adding in a healthy dose of max effort loads. Similar to Phase 1, the programming is written assuming you have access to specialty equipment (I.e bands/chains/specialty bars) but can be used in any gym!
