My name is Jeromy Bryk, I am an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, Competitive Natural Bodybuilder and Elite Powerlifter from Cleveland, Ohio. I also received my Bachelors in Exercise Science from Cleveland State University in May 2017.
My fitness journey started at 13 years old when I decided I was tired of feeling unconfident in my appearance and decided to try and add some muscle on to my slightly built 125 lb frame. I spent 6 months doing push-ups and sit-ups by the 100s in my childhood bedroom to start seeing results and have been in love with the process ever since.
After discovering strength training as a passion in high school between high school football and track, I decided to pursue my passion as a career and began studying Exercise Science at Cleveland State University in the fall of 2012.
It was during this time that I dove face first into the world of competitive bodybuilding and Powerlifting as an outlet for my competitive nature that had been voided after high school sports had ended and have since competed in over a dozen Powerlifting meets and 4 Bodybuilding shows since 2014.
I have seen first hand the way that weight training and fitness can transform a person not only physically but mentally and spiritually as well, as I went from a shy, skinny 13 year old kid with a low sense of self confidence into a Nationally Qualified Natural Bodybuilder and Elite Ranked Powerlifter who does what he loves for work. Things I never thought would have happened for me over a decade ago!
The positive changes I have seen in my life as a result of improved physical fitness are what drive me to further my knowledge and improve my craft daily to help others do the same.
Through over a decade of experience and obsessively studying the art of weight training and taking the time to learn my craft on a deeper level, I have developed my own unique approach to training that is proven to yield results.
